The song PROOF first was released on the "Get Off Our Backs" Philly Hardcore Comp. PROOF became somewhat of a local hit, and began Ruin's image as one of Philly's greatest bands. Ruin later released 2 LPs: "He Ho" in 1984, & "Fiat Lux" in 1986, each containing a new version of the song.

We have now remixed and remastered the original version of PROOF from "Get Off Our Backs", and it appears on our new CD: "Ruin... Songs of Reverie & Ruin", available on Blackhole Records.
